Partnerships
March 13, 2025 - USRowing is pleased to announce our renewed partnership with global Fintech leader Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc.(NYSE: BR). Broadridge will continue their tremendous support of the organization and the U.S. National Team.
Broadridge has been working with USRowing since 2022 to support the sport and its athletes. A unique part of the partnership has been the launch of the Broadridge Elite Athlete Management Program (EAMP) that has provided positions for ten U.S. rowing national team hopefuls. The program provides valuable work experience, a flexible work environment, and economic support to U.S. rowing women athletes during their time training for world championship and Olympic competition. The athletes in the program have a variety of skills that are contributing to Broadridge’s focus on helping clients and the financial services industry operate, innovate, and grow while training and competing for the United States at world-level competitions.
“Broadridge is proud of our long-standing partnership with USRowing, supporting USA women athletes and their commitment to excellence, providing them with the opportunity to pursue their Olympic dreams while building their business careers, “said Dipti Kachru, Global Chief Marketing Office at Broadridge. “The key principle of the Broadridge culture is focused on creating the best workplace in our industry where every associate can do their best work, thrive and grow. Our EAMP associates are world-class athletes who understand the value of being a great teammate and competing on the highest level while working at Broadridge in really meaningful roles.”
Over the last two years, the initial cohort of four athletes in the management program grew to ten athletes from the Princeton Training Center on the U.S. Women’s National Team. Olympians Molly Bruggeman, Azja Czajkowski, Molly Reckford, Regina Salmons, Michelle Sechser, Jessica Thoennes, Charlotte Buck, and Emily Kallfelz worked in different areas of Broadridge including account management, product analytics, and marketing. The program will continue to provide work experience and economic support for athletes during their training leading up to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, while providing exceptional employees with long-term employment prospects with Broadridge.
“Broadridge’s partnership is a great example of the support USRowing aims to provide our Olympic and Paralympic athletes over the next four years,” said Josy Verdonkschot, USRowing Chief High Performance Officer. “Their dedication has allowed our athletes the flexibility to train at an elite level while being able to flourish in a career.”
