USRowing Athletes Join Team USA for White House Appearance

The White House is opening their doors to over 300 2024 Olympians and Paralympians on Monday September 30, 2024. Team USA rowers will be in attendance for the celebration of their success at the 2024 Paris Games. In addition to attending the White House celebration, athletes have been invited to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Monday.

In 2022, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris welcomed athletes from the 2020 and 2022 Olympics and Paralympics to the White House. President Biden gave a speech focused on their accomplishments, achievements and the people they inspired.

The majority of the Paris Olympic and Paralympic rowing team will be in attendance at the event. Olympic gold medalists Justin Best and Nick Mead will be joining in the festivities with several of the bronze medalists from the men’s eight. Six out of seven of the Paralympic rowers will make appearances as well.
