Katelin resides in Orlando, Florida, and learned to row at Winter Park High School, where she earned a bronze medal stroking the girls varsity eight at Scholastic Nationals. She enjoys nature, museums, zoos, aquariums, and rocks. Her husband, Nareg Guregian, also competed in the 2016 Olympic Games.
