Personal
Sean was born on 3/15/1999.He won the Dartmouth Lightweight Rowing Joshua D. Bloom '90 Award for most improved in 2019, the Dartmouth Lightweight Rowing Big Green Oar for most valuable member of the team in 2021, and the Dartmouth Lightweight Rowing Louis C. Breer Memorial Bowl for best sportsmanship in 2021. Sean enjoysbodysurfing and reading. He started rowing at Malvern Prep his freshman year of high school after being cut from the basketball team the winter of 2013. He lists his parents, Michael and Rebecca Ward, as his personal heroes as Sean said all of his achievements would not have been possible without them.
