Masters Conference

Join us on March 15, 2025 for our second annual Masters Conference. This will be a full day virtual conference focused on masters specific topics for both coaches and athletes. Topics featured include:

Wellness: Maintaining Flexibility, Managing Anxiety, Increasing Mobility, Recovery

Club Management: Managing Team Dynamics, Recruiting and Retaining Masters Athletes

Safety: Safely Rowing Alone, Managing Safety with Aging Athletes

Registration Information

Single Day Individual Pass: $99
Provides an individual with access to the live conference as well as access to all recordings once they are available.

Single Day Boathouse Pass: $499
Provides a boathouse with conference access for 20 individuals. A conference manager will reach out to the contact provided for the list of participants.

Continuing Education Credits: 

Coaches earn 3 CECs with attendance. 

Chasing Excellence Junior Conference sponsored by USRowing

This year's Chasing Excellence Conference took place on January 11, 2025. 

Our amazing array of speakers & over 20 sessions were designed to help get 2025 started off the right way. Attendees had the opportunity to learn from experts in everything from Small-Boat Training and high-level sculling, Leadership and Mental Toughness, and even Breathing Strategies and Coaching-Life Balance.

All registered participants received access to the live virtual conference as well as all session recordings post-conference.
